Joseph, Cavalry’s Co-Owner and Master Technician has been servicing appliances since summer of 1988! He began his career in a busy, metropolitan area where he spent over thirty years working on every type of appliance-you could say he has “seen it all!”. He passed a rigorous certification exam to become a master appliance technician, a level of expertise held by very few in his field. With Cavalry Appliance, you can count on the fact that you have the very best at your service.

We offer a money back guarantee.
Although we do our best, we recognize that we aren’t perfect.
If our repair fails and we can’t correct it, we’ll remove any parts we installed and completely refund what you paid in parts and labor.
UPDATE: As of May 1, 2022, we have added an additional layer of protection for our customers! We will now fully guarantee any parts purchased through a repair by us for the life of the appliance. That means that, should the same issue occur again, you will not be charged for the same part twice!
Note: Diagnostic fee and labor for repeat failures outside of the initial 90 day labor guarantee will be charged at our standard rate. This only applies to parts purchased through Cavalry Appliance Service, not customer acquired parts.

We’ll happily offer the same FREE appliance advice and guidance we would offer our loved ones. If you have a question, give us a call and we will get back to you as soon as possible to offer our expert advice about purchasing decisions and whether it would be smarter to repair or replace your appliance. We value honesty over everything else and won’t suggest a repair that we wouldn’t suggest to our friends and family. If it’s in your best interest to replace your appliance, rather than repair it, we’ll let you know!

Although our vast experience means that we have seen just about everything when it comes to appliances, appliances are changing all the time! We invest in memberships with appliance manufacturers, professional organizations and online service manuals, belong to many online groups of appliance technicians and actively keep in touch with colleagues, sharing ideas and expertise freely.
This allows us to service ALL makes and models of all major appliances! If we aren’t sure, we will work until we solve your problem or give you your money back.
