FAQ:
Does it auto-renew? YES- you don't have to do a thing if you want to continue your membership after your year is up. The system will send you a reminder in advance.
Is it “calendar year” or a year from the date I join? Your membership is good for an entire year from your subscription date and will renew on the next year on the same day you joined.
What if I'm out of the regular service area? Our extended service areas will receive up to $109+tax credit for each diagnostic fee. For example, if your diagnostic fee is $159, you will pay just $50+tax.
What if I own a high end or elite appliance? Diagnostic fees for high end ($159) or elite ($209) appliances will receive up to $109+tax credit for each diagnostic fee. For example, if your diagnostic fee is $199, you will pay just $100+tax.
What if I have more than one appliance for you to look at? Additional appliances are also included in this plan. In fact, we'd prefer to look at additional issues while we are already there. For example, if you have two appliances (1 high end appliance that would normally be a $159 diagnostic fee and a regular appliance that would normally be a $59 diagnostic fee, since we discount additional appliances), you would receive up to $109 off of each fee. So, that would be $159-109 ($50) and $59-$59 ($0) for a total of $50+tax total!
Can I cancel? Once you join, you’re good for a year. Although we do not offer refunds, if you would like to cancel the next year’s membership, just do so any time before your automatic renewal and you won’t be charged again.
