FAQ:
Does it auto-renew? No. To avoid accidental charges renewing your membership is a manual process, but not to worry! Our office will reach out by email and phone prior to the expiration of your current membership to guide you through re-enrollment or offboarding.
Is it “calendar year” or a year from the date I join? Your membership is good for an entire year from your subscription date and will expire that same day the next year, unless you renew ahead of time.
What if I own a high end or elite appliance? Diagnostic fees for high end ($199) or elite ($249) appliances will receive up to $149+tax credit for each diagnostic fee. For example, if your diagnostic fee is $249, you will pay just $100+tax (prior to the application of your 15% discount).
What if I have more than one appliance for you to look at? Additional appliances are also included in this plan. In fact, we'd prefer to look at additional issues while we are already there. For example, if you have two appliances (1 high end appliance that would normally be a $199 diagnostic fee and a regular appliance that would normally be a $79 diagnostic fee, since we discount additional appliances), you would receive up to $149 off of each fee. So, that would be $199-149 ($50) and $79-$79 ($0) for a total of $50+tax prior to your 15% discount!
Can I cancel? Once you join, you’re good for a year. Although we do not offer refunds, if you would like to cancel the next year’s membership, feel free to call ahead and do so, or to let us know when our office calls to renew.
