Our service charge for a standard appliance brand within our service area is $149+ tax, which covers the technician coming out, professionally diagnosing the problem and giving you an estimate for the repair. After the initial service charge, the diagnostic fee for each additional standard appliance is $79+ tax. Our estimates come from the Blue Book, which is the national flat rate guide for appliance repair and the service charge is included in that estimate. A flat rate protects the customer against unpredictable hourly rates resulting from lengthy diagnostics and inexperienced technicians.

*Our standard service area includes Craven and parts of the surrounding counties. We are happy to serve clients outside of our regular service area for an additional mileage fee.

YES!!! And most of them qualify for our regular service charge!

Occasionally, for certain, high end, elite or boutique appliances, extra time and training is required to diagnose them because they may be built-in or require special tools. The diagnostic fee for high end appliance types and brands is $199+tax, elite appliances are $249+tax and occasional rare boutique appliances can be a bit higher.

We carry a stock of commonly used parts on our truck; however, new appliances usually have custom parts unique to their models and age, so we often have to order parts and return to complete the job. We do not charge a second service charge for the return trip. The entire repair is covered in the original estimate.

We proudly support our US Military service members and Law Enforcement Officers and offer a 10% discount on labor for them and their spouses. Thank you for serving our community and country!

We also offer a senior citizen discount.

Yes! We have a special offer just for buyers and sellers in our community. For $249 + tax, we’ll inspect all the usual appliances in a home, share any findings and recommend any necessary repairs. This service also includes a full year of Cavalry Crest Club membership, so any repairs qualify for the 15% parts and labor discount as well.
